Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at strawberrymintingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping is free for approved returns within the United States.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, chemicals, custom products, personalized items, gift cards, and any item clearly marked final sale on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
